Arielle Recommends: God, Miracles, Love & You

I think of myself as a seeker. Someone, who is searching to understand who I am, where I come from, and why I am here on the planet at this time. I often refer to myself as a spiritual mutt because my beliefs are a compilation from many traditions.

I often begin each day with this prayer:

“On this day, where would you have me go?

What would you have me do?

What would you have me say and to whom?”

This prayer comes from a very potent and important teaching known as A COURSE IN MIRACLES. I find that this prayer is a great way to connect to my heart and purpose as I get ready to start each new day.

For those who tell me they lack love in their life, I often quote another favorite line from A Course In Miracles:

“The only thing that can be missing in any situation is that which you are not giving.”

I have found this to be true. When I focus on giving love, almost instantly the love is returned. I truly believe learning the principles of the Course helped prepare me to manifest and be able to receive the level of love I now have in my life.

Way back in 1985 I was introduced to the Course, by my dear friend Marianne Williamson and I have always looked to her for guidance in understanding these teachings. Many of you are already familiar with her books, including her blockbuster, A RETURN TO LOVE: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles that introduced millions of people to these teachings.
